Is Kung Fu Lineage Important?
The simple anwer to this question is yes and no. A kung fu practitioner's lineage does not determine their skill level, in fact there are many excellent kung fu practitioners that do not have any lineage at all. A verified lineage to China though will show that the practitioner has solid traditional training that has been passed down from the founder of their kung fu style.

Shifu Li Shiquan
Shifu Li is the Owner and Head Instructor of Drargon Culture Martial Arts School located in his home town of Zhoukou, Henan Province. He has trained with his famous family Uncle Li Ziming and is a Formal Disciple of Ma Chuanxu, Li Ziming's top student. Shifu Li is also a Formal Disciple of the famous Daoist Neijiaquan Master Lv Zijian. Shifu Li, teaches Baguazhang, Taijiquan, Xingyiquan, Bajiquan and Sanda.
Shifu Li and Shifu Chen will be making trips in the future to Minneapolis to teach seminars to the students of Minneapolis Neijiaqaun Kung Fu.
Shifu Chen Lei
Shifu Chen is a top student of Shifu Li and teaches in Zhengzhou, Henan Province at his school called Neijiaquan Research Group. Shifu Chen teaches Baguazhang, Taijiquan, Bajiquan and Wudang Xuanzong Taijiquan.
Shifu Robert Pettit (He Li)
Shifu Rob is the Owner and Head Instructor of Minneapolis Neijia Kung Fu school. Shifu Rob first started training in Martial Arts at the age of 10. Since 1998 he has concentrated his martial studies on Neijiquan and first began to teach it in 2005. Since that time he has taught at his own School in Virginia as well at the local college where he taught Martial Arts and Taijiquan classes for Physical Education College Credits. Shifu Rob has a MBA in Health Care Management and has used his experience in Healthcare to develop Senior Taiji Classes that have been taught at assisted living facilities throughout Virginia. In the spring of 2011, Shifu Rob also developed and Piloted High School Taijiquan Class for troubled teenagers in the Caroline County School System.
In the summer of 2011 Shifu Rob went to Zhengzhou, Henan Province to further his Neijiaquan Kung Fu training. In 2014 Shifu Rob was registered as a member of the Zhenru Temple, located at the top Yunju Mountain in Jiangxi Province. There the Head Abbot gave him the Buddhist name He Li which means "A Strong Force of Change". Besides his Buddhist studies, Shifu Rob loves to study Daoist Philosophy, Ancient Chinese History and the often hidden fighting techniques of Neijiqaun.
